Presentation Description:

UXPA DC (@uxpadc) and Modev (@gomodev) are joining forces to bring you another exciting installment of the UXPA DC speaker series!

Are you trying to drive cultural change at your organization? At this event, Mick Winters (@mickwinters) will share lessons about the adoption and the continued evolution of design thinking at Capital One.

Design thinking is best described as a process marrying the best of human centered design and lean startup principles. In a nutshell, design thinking is all about making sure human needs are kept at the center of product or experience designs. At its core is the concept of rapid iteration – failing fast, learning from it, and iterating.
